Founded by Jaime Osuna, Swami's Café began with a single location in Encinitas and a passion for good food. What started as a humble juice bar has grown into a beloved part of the San Diego dining scene.

Today, Jaime remains hands-on—visiting locations daily to ensure we keep the family ties and beach vibes going. We're proud to serve 100% cage-free eggs, hormone-free natural beef, and locally roasted organic coffee.
